If you find that your X-Arcade controller does not turn on when you boot your PC, you may have some ghosted keyboards causing it.

To find out, open Device Manager (Right-click on start button or open in Control Panel) and go to View>Show hidden devices. Then click the arrow next to 'Keyboards' to see what's shown. If you find any dimmed/ghosted keyboards as shown in our sample image (showing 3 dimmed), right-click on them and choose Uninstall.

Note that you may have to do this again if you find it happens again when you move the X-Arcade to a different USB, so you may opt to use the same USB port for your X-Arcade controller.
