Receiving Your Machine:
You must be present to sign for your X-Arcade Machine when it arrives. At that time, please check the box and the X-Arcade carefully for any obvious sign of damage. If the X-Arcade Machine is damaged, refuse shipment and call Xgaming.com at 1-866-942-6464. Also, please write on the delivery receipt the reason for refusal.
If only the box appears to be damaged and you accept delivery, please note the damage on the receipt. Then open your box and allow the X-Arcade Machine to warm up to room temperature before you plug it into a power source. After you have plugged the X-Arcade in, make sure everything is in good working order. Any claims for concealed damage (not seen before accepting delivery) must be made with Xgaming within 48 hours of receipt.
Standard Freight Delivery:
Our standard shipping is for curbside delivery only. This means that customer is responsible for getting the arcade machine from the curb into their residence. If your delivery driver offers to take the X-Arcade Machine into your home/building, the shipping company may charge you for that service.
If you elected to receive "Inside Delivery", the in-home delivery service requires that there be enough room in the desired location to move the cabinet. There should be no tight corners or narrow hall ways. They will be able to move the item up or down a flight of stairs as long as the stairway is wide enough and the machine will be moved with an apliance dolly. Once item ships we are charged for all shipping charges and we will not be able to offer a refund for shipping if item is refused because freight company was unable to deliver.
Please take precautions to ensure delicate flooring or carpet/walls are covered prior to receipt of the machine. The large rubber wheels may rub off on light color carpets and black finish on exterior of machine will mark any drywall/paint.
