Cancel Order or Change Order:

To cancel an order or make changes to an order simply reply-all to your order confirmation email. This is also stated in your confirmation email. Calling or starting a ticket instead may not get to us in time to stop or change the order. 


Returns:

Simply reply-all to your order confirmation email in order to request to return a product. Once we issue a Return Authorization, please follow the instructions at the bottom of the RA email. 


Refunds:

Once we issue a Return Authorization, you must follow the instructions at the bottom of the RA email by completing the form and sending the return tracking info or you will not be refunded. You must send via trackable method and you must complete this form after sending back the unit: http://bit.ly/1yfu7FM. It can take up to 2 weeks for return inspection and refunds are issued the 1st week of each month. If it's been past that, you probably didn't fill out the form! Otherwise to check on the status of a refund simply reply to the RA email requesting an update.
